Lynds is a solo artists based in Leith, Scotland. After various music projects throughout their teens and twenties, Lynds has created a new body of work to release into the world with a strong live set and back catalogue.

Passionate about their lyricism, they write with strong themes of mental health and relationships, with folky/grungey influences.

Their debut single State of Stability is out now on all major streaming platforms. A song written about Lynds’ lived experience with Bipolar Disorder II, and the ups and downs of mental health struggles. Writing and performing is a cathartic process for Lynds, using songwriting as a form of journaling and reflection.

After a successful debut show at Porty Festival 2026, Lynds has been gaining local following and radio play of their new single. With EHFM and Indy Live Radio playing State of Stability ahead of its release.

They celebrated the launch of State of Stability at their coffee/plant shop, Seb’s Urban Jungle, which they co-own with their best friend. The single launch was a success, raising £200 for Bipolar Scotland.

With plans to release their next few tracks and a music video for State of Stability coming soon, there’s much yet to come from Lynds.
